• Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. She also completed postgraduate studies in Banking (European Banking Certificate) and English-language studies (LL.M. program at Chicago-Kent College of Law). She served her prosecutor’s apprenticeship and was subsequently entered on the list of legal advisors at the Wroclaw OiRP.

• As a business lawyer, she gained over 12 years of experience in transactional work at leading banks and financial institutions in Poland. For several years, as Director of the Legal Department, she was responsible for comprehensive legal advice in one of the largest companies in Poland – part of an international holding specializing in debt purchase and servicing, as well as a FinTech company.
• At Kancelaria Płatek, she provides comprehensive services related to receivables and business entities.
• She specializes in advising on company formation and transformations, corporate services and commercial contracts.
• She ensures that legal risks are accurately assessed and offers practical, effective solutions, which perfectly aligns with the firm’s strategy. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
• Privately, she is passionate about travel, literature and baking.
