Graduate of the University of Wroclaw, Advocate and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Bar Association in Wroclaw.
He holds the TOLES Higher (C1) certificate, recognized by the European Central Bank and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
He provides legal advice to companies in the energy sector, including RES, and has participated in large-scale, multi-budget and international projects, conducting negotiations in both Polish and English.
His work has contributed to the development of wind farms, photovoltaic installations and hydroelectric power plants, supporting Poland’s path toward sustainable development.
He specializes in criminal law, including economic and fiscal matters, with particular focus on the liability of Board Members of capital companies. He also works in the areas of civil, commercial and administrative law, where he successfully represents clients both at the pre-trial stage and before the courts.
As part of his ongoing practice, he advises entities from both the public and private sectors, including businesses in the metallurgical and waste industries, also providing compliance services.
